Founded in 1994 by Randy Cunningham, our company was built on a passion for quality construction and a commitment to doing things the right way. With over three decades of experience, Randy and the team have earned a reputation for dependable service, honest communication, and superior craftsmanship in every project—from high-end mountain homes to thoughtful home renovations.

As of June 2024, Jake Cunningham returned to the Ridgway area from Washington, D.C., where he gained extensive experience as a Project Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Colorado Mesa University.

During his time in Washington, D.C., Jake worked with several mid-sized general contractors, contributing to a diverse portfolio of projects. His experience includes infrastructure rehabilitation initiatives for the National Park Service, as well as ground-up construction of multi-residential and multi-family housing developments.
