Custom Home Builder in Telluride, Colorado

Built for the realities of mountain construction.

Telluride projects reward disciplined preconstruction and close coordination. Cunningham Construction brings decades of Southwest Colorado experience to custom homes and significant renovations, with an emphasis on schedule, quality, cost visibility and accountability throughout the build.

Our work includes custom homes, major renovations, preconstruction, budgeting, trade coordination, construction management and project closeout. We stay intentionally hands-on so owners have a clear point of accountability from the earliest planning conversations through final handoff.

What we bring to the project.

• Early budget and scope development
• Constructability and value-focused preconstruction input
• Hands-on trade and field coordination
• Organized invoices, draws and change management
• Quality control through punch list and closeout
